Last updated: 7 August 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website operated by Northstar Property Partners Limited ("Northstar", "we", "us" or "our"). By using our website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the website.
1. About Northstar
Northstar Property Partners Limited is a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17118331. Our registered office is 82 Wandsworth Bridge Road, London, England, SW6 2TF.
Northstar provides commercial property advisory, agency, leasing, acquisition, disposal, strategy and related consultancy services. Nothing on this website creates a client, agency, fiduciary, advisory or other professional relationship between you and Northstar. Any appointment of Northstar is subject to separate written terms of engagement.
You can contact us at alex@northstarldn.com.
2. Purpose of this website
The website provides general information about Northstar, our services, experience, property opportunities, market commentary and related matters. Its contents are provided for general information and marketing purposes only.
Information on the website is not intended to amount to legal, financial, investment, valuation, tax, planning, licensing, building, surveying or other specialist advice. You should obtain appropriate independent professional advice before acting or refraining from acting on any information on the website.
3. Property information and particulars
Property information, particulars, marketing materials and other descriptions appearing on or accessible through the website are provided as a general guide only. Unless expressly confirmed by us in writing as part of a formal professional instruction, they do not constitute an offer, representation, warranty or contractual term and must not be relied upon as statements of fact.
In particular:
areas, dimensions, measurements, plans, layouts, photographs, computer-generated images and other illustrations are indicative only and should be independently checked;
rents, prices, premiums, yields, incentives, service charges, business rates, insurance costs, utilities and other occupational or transactional costs may change, may be exclusive of VAT and should be independently verified;
availability, tenure, title, lease terms, rights, restrictions, covenants and other legal matters are subject to contract and satisfactory legal due diligence;
planning status, lawful use, premises licensing, building regulations, fire safety, accessibility, environmental matters, EPC information and other statutory or regulatory matters must be independently verified with the relevant authorities and professional advisers; and
references to existing or potential uses, extensions, roof terraces, alterations, redevelopment, signage or other opportunities are subject to all required consents and must not be treated as confirmation that consent will be granted.
Prospective purchasers, tenants, assignees, investors, operators and their advisers should inspect the relevant property and satisfy themselves as to all matters of importance before entering into any commitment.
4. No offer or commitment
Nothing on the website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, a commitment to sell, let, acquire, fund or advise on any property or business, or an invitation to enter into a legally binding transaction. Any transaction is subject to contract, availability, due diligence, approvals and the agreement and execution of formal documentation by the relevant parties.
We and our clients may amend or withdraw a property opportunity, change terms, reject an expression of interest or discontinue discussions at any time, subject to any binding agreement already entered into.
5. Market commentary, estimates and forward-looking information
Any market commentary, forecasts, estimated values, rental levels, yields, costs, financial illustrations, projections or opinions published on the website reflect information and assumptions available at the relevant time. Property and financial markets can change quickly and past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.
Unless we have been separately appointed in writing to provide a specific professional opinion, no such material should be treated as a valuation, investment recommendation or assurance of an outcome. You are responsible for making your own assessment and obtaining appropriate specialist advice.
6. Accuracy and availability of the website
We take reasonable care in preparing website content, but we do not guarantee that the website or its content will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, complete, accurate or up to date. Information may be supplied by landlords, tenants, vendors, purchasers, developers, operators, public bodies, agents or other third parties and may not have been independently verified by Northstar.
We may update, suspend, withdraw or change all or any part of the website without notice. We are not obliged to update content merely because circumstances have changed after publication.
7. Intellectual property rights
Unless otherwise stated, Northstar or its licensors own the intellectual property rights in the website and in content created by or for Northstar, including text, graphics, branding, logos, layouts, reports, presentations, photographs and other materials.
You may view, download or print reasonable extracts for your own internal, non-commercial evaluation of Northstar or a property opportunity. You must not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, modify, scrape, systematically extract or commercially exploit our content without our prior written permission, except to the extent permitted by law.
Third-party names, logos, images, plans and other materials remain the property of their respective owners and are used subject to the rights and permissions applicable to them.
8. Acceptable use
You must not use the website:
in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent or infringes the rights of another person;
to introduce viruses, malware, malicious code or other harmful material;
to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its hosting environment, data or connected systems;
to interfere with the website's operation, security or availability;
to conduct automated scraping, harvesting or bulk extraction that places an unreasonable load on the website or is intended to create a competing database or service; or
to misrepresent Northstar's content, branding, property information or relationship with you or any third party.
9. Links and third-party websites
The website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, documents or services. These links are provided for convenience and information only. Unless expressly stated, we do not control, endorse or accept responsibility for third-party content, availability, security, privacy practices or services.
You should review the terms and privacy information of any third-party service you choose to use. A link from our website does not by itself imply a partnership, agency, recommendation or approval.
10. Linking to our website
You may link to our public homepage in a fair and lawful way that does not damage our reputation or imply an association, approval or endorsement where none exists. You must not frame our website on another website or use our branding in a misleading way. We may withdraw permission to link to our website where reasonably necessary to protect our rights or reputation.
11. Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data. Our Cookie Policy explains our use of cookies and similar technologies, including website analytics and, where enabled, LinkedIn advertising and measurement tools. Those policies form part of the information governing your use of the website and should be read alongside these Terms of Use.
12. Viruses and security
We take reasonable steps to operate the website securely, but we cannot guarantee that it will be free from bugs, viruses, malicious code or other harmful components. You are responsible for configuring your own devices, systems and software to access the website safely and for using appropriate security and virus-protection measures.
13. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. In particular, we do not exclude or restrict liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or restrict.
Subject to the paragraph above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Northstar is not responsible for loss or damage arising from or connected with reliance on general website content, inaccuracies in third-party information, the temporary or permanent unavailability of the website, or your use of third-party websites or services linked from it.
If you use the website for business purposes, then, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Northstar will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, anticipated savings, opportunity, goodwill or reputation arising out of or in connection with use of the website. Any liability arising from professional services separately provided by Northstar will instead be governed by the applicable written terms of engagement.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms of Use affects your statutory rights, and any exclusions or limitations apply only to the extent permitted by consumer law.
14. Indemnity for misuse by business users
If you use the website in the course of a business, you will be responsible for losses, liabilities, claims and reasonable costs suffered or incurred by Northstar to the extent they arise directly from your unlawful use of the website, your infringement of our intellectual property rights, or your material breach of section 8 of these Terms of Use. This provision does not apply to the extent the relevant loss was caused by Northstar or cannot lawfully be allocated in this way.
15. Separate terms for our professional services
These Terms of Use relate only to the website. They do not replace or amend Northstar's Terms of Business, engagement letters, agency instructions, fee agreements, confidentiality arrangements, non-circumvention provisions or any other separately agreed contract. If there is a conflict between these Terms of Use and a separately signed agreement relating to professional services, the separately signed agreement will prevail in relation to those services.
16. Changes to these Terms of Use
We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes to the website, our services or applicable law. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. Your continued use of the website after an updated version is published will be subject to the revised terms from that point onwards, to the extent permitted by law.
17. Severability and waiver
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as modified to the minimum extent necessary or, if modification is not possible, removed. The remaining provisions will continue in effect. A delay or failure by us to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
18. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Use and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you use the website for business purposes, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use. If you are a consumer, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the part of the United Kingdom in which you live, and nothing in these Terms of Use removes any mandatory right you have under applicable law.
